Hello, we got some letters from customers that the ticket is missing from IZ*ONE COLLECT BOOK.
It seems that all the tickets from IZ*ONE collect books are missing.
So, we just contacted Copan Global and they will investigate the incident.
And they just called me again that they forgot to send tickets and would send them again soon.
As soon as we get the item, we will send you your missing tickets.

with your order number for missing tickets, which makes us easier to resend.
